11 Alive in Atlanta just did a story on the effects of PTSD on our service members. One of my former clients is featured in the story. He received an OTH discharge for AWOL even though he had severe PTSD and a TBI. We succeeded in getting his discharge upgraded so he can now get the benefits he deserves. But he is just one of many. Appealing adverse discharges has become a passion of mine since working on this case. We have the resources and experience to get your discharge upgraded.
