Cassara, and Courtmartial.com is pleased to announce that Christopher Carrier (LTC, JA, Retired) has joined the firm as “Of Counsel.” Chris was an active- duty Army Judge Advocate for 20 years prior to his recent retirement. He has served as a prosecutor, defense counsel, defense attorney and military judge. He spent three years as a military judge presiding over a variety of felony criminal trials.
In his most recent assignment, Chris was the Chief of the Complex and Capital Litigation Branch at the Army’s Defense Appellate Division, working on the Army’s most difficult, complex and high-profile cases. He is without question one of, if not the, most experienced and respected military appellate defense attorneys in the country.
Chris will represent service members of all branches of the military in appellate litigation. He brings a wealth of knowledge to the firm. We are honored to have him.
