Julie Caruso Haines

Julie Caruso Haines served with the Army JAG Corps from 2002-2011. In her first assignment as a Legal Assistance Attorney, she managed the legal section of a Soldier Readiness Processing center for thousands of Reservists and Guardsmen deploying for Operation Iraqi Freedom in 2003. For two years she served as a trial counsel before working as an appellate defense counsel where she represented hundreds of Soldiers, including a death row inmate, before the Army Court of Criminal Appeals and the US Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces. She is thrilled to continue working for servicemembers and veterans as a civilian defense counsel. Her areas of expertise are military justice, court-martial appeals for all branches of the military, and other military administrative proceedings.
