We represented an Army CPT being investigated for violations of the Army’s Equal Opportunity Policy and counterproductive leadership. After conducting our own investigation, we soon realized that the AR 15-6 was heavily biased and inaccurate. We submitted a strong rebuttal with many letters of support from leaders in the unit. The brigade commander disapproved the investigation’s original findings, and our client will be able to continue his excellent career without any adverse information in his file.
Successful Grade Determination – We recently represented an Army LTC before the Army Grade Determination Review Board. He had two GOMORs in his permanent file, but we successfully advocated for retirement at his current grade based on his nearly 30 years of dedicated service as a Soldier, NCO, and officer.
