Removal of GOMOR

Mr. Cassara represented an Army nurse who received a GOMOR for allegedly drinking with a subordinate after returning from a deployment.  As a result of the GOMOR she was passed over for promotion. Mr. Cassara petitioned the Department of the Army Suitability Evaluation Board (DASEB) and had the GOMOR transferred to the officer’s restricted fiche, which will allow her to compete for promotion this year, and likely saved her Army career.  If you have received an adverse NCOER, OER, FITREP or Evaluation, or any other adverse action, contact Mr. Cassara by sending him an e-mail using the link on the home page. Tell us what type of adverse action you received and, if you can, scan or fax us a copy.  We have a proven track record of assisting service members with removal of adverse documentation from their records.
